What is Tithing?

We believe as Christians that our living should reflect God's generosity. For individuals this means setting aside a portion of our time, our money and our talents in His service.

The Old Testament law for Israel which required a "tithe" of one tenth of one's "income" to be given to the Lord is, for many, a guide for Christian giving.

2025 Tithing Charities

​Each year we support two charities as suggested and voted for by our members. We do this by donating 10% of our offering between the two partners, raising awareness of their causes, and praying for them as a Church and individually.

​Our 2025 partner charities are Mercy Ships and The Stoke Association. Our 2026 charities will be chosen next Spring.
​We also support Luke Hamlyn's worship ministry through regular monthly tithing.
